Aurora Orchestra

Hear Us Out! / Access All Areas

Aurora Orchestra believe that people of all ages should be able to attend concerts in any setting.

We regularly present concerts designed for young people at a wide range of venues including at the BBC Proms, the Wigmore Hall, Kings Place and at festivals around the UK.

We aim to make these concerts accessible and inspiring for audience members of any age, presenting gret music in a range of inventive new contexts.  You may have recently spotted our musicians in the concert hall:

  • dancing in the Royal Albert Hall
  • dodging capoeira dancers
  • chatting with Basil Brush
  • mashing up classical masterpieces
  • doing a hoe-down at the Wigmore Hall

We also provide resources and events to enable young people to get more our of concerts in our main concert programme, including pre-concert talks, interviews with artists, late night dances and programmes for children.  Look out for the Acces All Areas sign on our Concert Diary Page.
