We are recruiting for the new role of Concerts Assistant and Librarian to join the the Production team at Aurora. The appointee will be responsible for administering our international touring activities, fulfilling all music librarian duties and providing support to the Production team with planning, logistics and management of all artistic activities. The role will work closely with the Projects Director, Concerts Manager, Creative Director and Principal Conductor. This is a great opportunity to join a thriving team producing a wide range of activities from children’s performances and immersive experiences to large scale orchestral concerts and international tours.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, who will thrive as part of a small and committed management team. They will have an exceptional attention to detail, be highly organised and will have some experience of sourcing and preparing sheet music. The ideal candidate will have some prior experience of orchestral production and touring logistics.
