Concerts and Tours Coordinator – job opportunity

We’re hiring for a Concerts and Tours Coordinator to support the delivery of our programme. The appointee will assist the production team with the planning and management of Aurora’s artistic activities, whilst also working as needed across other general administrative tasks.
This is a great opportunity to develop a broad range of skills and experience at the heart of one of the UK’s most innovative performing arts companies, producing a wide range of activities from children’s performances and digital resources to large-scale orchestral concerts, recordings and international tours.
The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills, who will thrive as part of a small and committed management team. They will have an exceptional attention to detail, be highly organised and will have some experience of sourcing and preparing sheet music. The ideal candidate will have some prior experience of orchestral production and touring logistics.
