Bespoke Giving

Aurora’s mission is to share vibrant orchestral adventures with the broadest possible audience. From large-scale theatrical concerts to intimate storytelling productions for children, the common thread throughout all of our work is simple: extraordinary orchestral music, for everyone.

None of this work would be possible without the vital support of Trusts, Foundations and individual Major Donors. If you believe in our mission and are able to make a larger investment in Aurora’s work, we would be delighted to hear from you. Below you can explore just some of the areas in which your gift can have extraordinary impact.

Support our work for schools

From UK-wide classroom learning resources to bespoke live performances, we’re redefining the role an orchestra can play in music education. With your help, we can secure the future of classical music.

“A perfectly pitched performance which reflected the needs of the students. All students were totally engaged – a truly wonderful performance.” SEND teacher

Create extraordinary concerts

Our first Major Donor syndicate, ‘The Augurs of Spring’, enabled us to create our “breathtaking” memorised Rite of Spring production in 2023 – one of the most exciting classical events of that year. We couldn’t have done it without their support. Could you help us create our next Orchestral Theatre production?

“This project embodied all the reasons why I chose to become a musician. Friendship, collaboration, positivity, ambition, art, it was all there at the same time.” Aurora Musician

Help us reach new audiences

Sharing exceptional orchestral music with more people is central to our mission. You could support our next immersive memorised symphony at a London nightclub, or our Under-30s scheme.

“It was so refreshing and inspiring to see you embrace new and exciting methods of performing in order to bring this music to a young, and enthusiastic audience. The energy was incredible. Exactly the breath of fresh air classical music needs at the moment.” Audience Member

Support our core running costs

These are challenging times for the arts, with more competition than ever for limited sources of funding. Unrestricted core funding supports all areas of our programme, enabling our team to plan for the future with confidence.

“Playing with Aurora ‘reminds you why you want to do this’” Aurora Musician
