Far, Far Away are our immersive, storytelling concerts for children aged 0–5 and their families.
Our storytelling concerts are a captivating introduction to classical music for young children. Far, Far Away shows feature original stories by Aurora Writer-in-Residence Kate Wakeling and specially-arranged music by one or two composers performed by chamber-sized group of players.
We currently have seven different Far, Far Away shows: Tchaikovsky and the Magical Toy Box; Bach and the Noisy Nighttime; Bartók and the Pirates; Beethoven and the Dinosaurs; Debussy and the Snow Elephants; Mozart in the Garden and Mendelssohn and the Moving Machines.
